Reservation Policy – Hotel Monk19, Manali
- Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 50% advance payment.
- The balance is due at least 48 hours (2 days) before arrival, or at booking time if the stay is within that window.
- Until full payment is received, reservations remain tentative and may be released without notice
- Payment Methods & Security
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash.
- Payment gateways are secured using SSL encryption protocols; no sensitive financial data is stored after processing
- Identity Proof Requirements
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID) at check-in.
- For foreign nationals, passport and valid visa are mandatory.
- The primary card holder must be one of the arriving guests, if payment was made via card
- Check‑in / Check‑out Policy
- Check‑in time: 12:00 PM (noon), Check‑out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check‑in or late check‑out may be arranged subject to room availability and may incur extra charges or require booking the previous/next night accordingly
- Modification & Amendment Policy
- Any amendment to dates, room count, or occupancy is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and may be subject to cancellation charges.
- Changes must be requested in writing before the cancellation deadlines.
- If a request to modify booking is made within 2 days of arrival, it may not be accepted or may incur a one-night charge
- Cancellation & Refund Terms
- More than 14 days before check-in: full advance refund (minus bank fees).
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% of total booking retained.
- Within 48 hours (2 days): 100% of total booking amount retained (no refund).
- No‑show or early departure: no refund.
- Refunds, when applicable, are typically processed within 15–30 working days via the original payment method
- Overbooking & Alternate Arrangements
- In rare cases of overbooking or unavoidable operational issues, Hotel Monk19 may offer comparable alternate accommodation at its expense, including transportation to the alternative property.
- Driver & Extra Guest Policy
- Drivers are not permitted to stay in the room or use hotel facilities.
- Any extra guest must be declared at booking and may incur an extra person charge and require an extra bed.
- Policies for child occupancy and age proof are applicable as per hotel norms.
- Policy Changes
- Hotel Monk19 reserves the right to change or amend this reservation policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Guests are encouraged to review the policy prior to booking.
