Terms & Conditions for Hotel Monk19, Manali

  1. Booking & Payment Policy
  1. All reservations are subject to availability and become confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (email/voucher) from Hotel Monk19.
  2. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before arrival, or at the time of booking if made within 15 days.
  3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, or cash at our office.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • 30+ days before arrival: 10% of total booking amount retained as cancellation fee.
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 15 days or No‑Show: 100% charge, no refunds.
  • Refunds (as applicable) will be processed within 14 working days, credited to the original payment mode.
  1. Check‑in & Check‑out
  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM; check‑out time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  1. Room Allocation & Occupancy
  • Rooms are assigned based on availability at arrival. We reserve the right to upgrade or reallocate rooms as needed.
  • Extra guests are permitted only if declared at booking. Extra person charges are INR 700 per person per night with an extra bed.
  1. Guest Conduct & Liability
  • Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and fellow patrons. Damage to rooms or facilities will result in applicable charges.
  • Hotel Monk19 does not accept liability for guests’ personal belongings or vehicles parked on property.
  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
  1. Use of Facilities & Behavior
  • Hotel amenities and services must be used responsibly. The hotel reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  1. Unforeseen Events & Force Majeure
  • The hotel is not liable for delays or service impacts due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions).
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely for processing reservations and improving guest experience. We do not share guest data with third parties except as legally required.

  1. Intellectual Property & Site Use (if applicable)
  • All content on our website is the property of Hotel Monk19 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reuse or distribution is prohibited.
  1. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction residing in the courts of Himachal Pradesh (nearest to Manali).
  1. Modifications to Terms
  • Hotel Monk19 reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Guests are advised to review the latest version regularly.
